Anita Barone

Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef who was looking to buy Elaine Benes' shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone was a regular for Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone had also played her husband, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends in pursuit of a new role which required additional time. She was a star in The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the first year (1995-1996) and The War at Home from 2005 and 2007. Barone was a co-star as a co-star in Daddio (2000). Barone is also known for her television roles in Desperate homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005, for her character as One Last Ride. In 2010 three years since The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role for Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones as the ex-husband of the character played by Barone in two episodes.
