Canadian screen actress who is most well-known for her character Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. She began starring in CBS' Blood & Treasure, beginning in 2019. Earthstorm, the 2005's The Perfect Neighbor and The Perfect Neighbor (2006) are among her many roles. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter of Peter Silk who is an academic. His wife Ilkay is an actor, director producer and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. A few of Annas earliest memories were of playing in rehearsals for her plays and watching her mother perform. Silk produced a variety of commercials when she was a small child. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Her early theater experience includes at minimum two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen.. She got married to Seth Cooperman in 2009. Samuel Cooperman, and Levi Levi Cooperman are parents to two children. In 2009, she landed as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN recognized Bo's performance with Lauren as Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple as one of their top television couples of all time. E! named them the top Television Couple for 2013.
