Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me via my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. At the age of one and a quarter I was accepted into my parents. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My goals were set for me to attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase a home. My plan for success was to go to university, graduate and get an executive job. I would then marry, buy a house and have kids. Life had other ideas. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like working in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did make me feel happy. I thought I wasted my time to earn money. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was working out. I also loved having fun and being able to assist other people. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I found private training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. Few Asian women work in the fashion industry. Within the field of coaching I'm determined to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to help others become healthier and more content. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their goals and achieve the life they've always wished for. As my professional career took off I also lost my mom. It was the worst of everything. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and brain. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the lesson we need, even when we do not realize that it is there. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. Her death in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create with a fresh start. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. In my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience and thoughts. It will allow you to know you're not alone. You are capable of achieving anything you want to. Therapy is vital and is normal. Health is the greatest riches. I pray to live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, because that's all you can count on in this life.
